Nougatine :D

first time playing sugar with my hand "nougatine" hot hot hot ^^ shaping with hand, cutting rock hard sugar... for making "croquembouche" traditionally french wedding cake :D ^^ i get u the picture by tonite :D

make my life harder, i dont follow the demonstration.. i make something more chalenging, something that i can think of, lets see the result :D

its fun making nougatine, takes a lot of time...

next monday is my final practical exam for this term, "opera gateau" and holiday is coming... winter is getting colder and colder :D ^^

done theory exam... relieved

feel so relieved after the exam today...

next week is practical exam, "opera gateau" ^^ then 3 weeks holiday...

need to arrange schedule, what to do, what plan in future, changes will come every time to time... one friends has been gone back to indo for good... another one will follow soon by next month, wah... tough tough...

need to read something about biography by this week, i will do it !! :D ^^
